A simple call or email to our office gets the process started. From this point we will ask you for a few basic bits of information-
Your name and contact details. We will not pass this on to any third parties without your written consent. We do not add you to any mailing lists, email spam systems, or even mail shot you with our own information. You will not receive any form of unsolicited communication due to using our service.
We will need the name of the individual, company or business that will be receiving mail at our address. This is the how we will identify your mail.
We will then need the forwarding address that you want mail to be sent to. This can be a UK or overseas address.
Finally we will provide you with a simple to complete mail registration form and request two pieces of identification. This information is kept on our records only and is not disclosed to any third parties. The ID is requested to protect our address from fraudulent abuse or misuse. This should assure you that when using our address no other companies or individuals will be misusing the service. Our office reputation is of paramount importance to us.
Can I get goods delivered to your address?
The simple answer to this is no. To prevent any unscrupulous people from ordering goods from internet companies and using stolen credit cards we do not allow the forwarding of goods. We are sure that you have heard of the various scams where goods get forwarded through several mail forwarding services. We do not help to perpetuate this problem. Most online and telephone mail order companies will only send goods to the address where the payment card is registered. Therefore sending goods to our address should not be necessary.
What happens if I change my forwarding address whilst using your service?
No problem. Simply give us a call or send us a fax or email. We can update your records immediately at no additional cost.
