Annual Fee to use our Coventry address payable in advance - £120 + vat (£138 inc vat)
Deposit to cover weekly admin fees and postage costs if applicable - £25 + vat (£28.75 inc vat)
If we are forwarding mail overseas we request a higher deposit of £57.50 inc vat to cover extra postage costs.
How does the Deposit work?
When the deposit is close to running out we will request a further top up of £25 + vat (£50 + vat for clients based overseas).
Each week mail is received we will deduct £1 from your deposit to cover admin fees. We only deduct £1 per week and NOT per item received. The £1 is deducted when the first item is received during the week, no further admin fees are charged for further items received during that same week. A week runs from Monday to Sunday.
If no mail is received in your name during a week then nothing is deducted from your deposit.
The admin fee will only increase if we regularly receive more than 20 items per month in your name. If this happens we may increase your weekly admin fee to £2 or more per week. Your annual fee remains unchanged.
When the deposit runs low we will invoice for an additional top up. If the top up is not paid before the deposit runs out mail will be held awaiting your payment.
We do not charge for envelopes, if we receive courier mail (e.g. FedEx) that requires repacking this will be charged to your deposit at additional cost.
