UK limited companies and LLP's are legally required to have a registered office address which UK government departments communicate with your business through. If you wish to use our address at Companies House you can do for a small annual fee.

If you use our address as a registered office we offer a fixed price service with no admin fees.

This service only covers the receipt and forwarding of official government mail and identifiable legal mail such as court documents and solicitors letters. Any other mail is not permitted to be sent to the address and will not be forwarded.

You can combine our full mailing service with the registered office service by paying both fees. If you do not pay for the registered office service but require our business mail forwarding then you will need an alternative address for the registered office.

The fee to use our Coventry address as a Registered Office only is as follows -

For clients within the UK the annual fee is £40 + vat (£47 inc vat)

For clients overseas the annual fee is £70 + vat (£82.25 inc vat)
